Homemade sourdough toast with homemade marmalade.
Funnily enough both recipes came from Dan Lepard: here for the bread, and here for the marmalade, though I scaled the marmalade up a bit in order to use up all the Seville oranges I got in my marmalade kit from Riverford. Unfortunately Seville orange season is over, so if you want to make your own you’ll just have to wait til next year! I do have a few spare jars though…





Looks soooooooo good. Hamish is in awe of your bread.
I think I should inspire him to follow your sourdough instructions; I don’t eat all that much bread normally so am unmotivated.

Nor do I normally – but I’m really loving the sourdough. It’s definitely easier to digest.
