A couple of weekends ago I was down at Camley Street Natural Park (behind St Pancras Station) with the Real Bread Campaign and Andy from Brockwell Bake.
The park has an outdoor wood-fired cob oven, which we used to bake pizzas in.

Chris got quite good with the paddle.
On Sunday it was freezing cold and pouring with rain, but we baked on. As well as pizzas, we had a French baker Vincent teaching us how to shape baguettes. I’m looking forward to trying it at home now.
